Are there enough women leaders in the UK water sector? The statistical and anecdotal evidence would seem to suggest not. Even though other countries may look at the UK, see a few women in high profile positions, and think the UK is leading the way in gender equality... ask women in the industry and you often get a different view. 

So, what can be done to improve?
